Responsibilities:  Complete fiscal responsibility for projects from final cost negotiation through completion.  Training and development of entry level managers.  Preconstruction estimating/value engineering.  Development of owner relations with opportunity to negotiate repeat work as most important objective.  Motivation of field staff and subcontractor forces with quality and time as main focus.
