A team negotiated new construction of a theme attraction consisting of HVAC & plumbing mechanical systems which entailed adding new and relocating site plumbing and HVAC piping, interior plumbing services, extensive sheetmetal ductwork, 8,000,000 BTU of equipment cooling, 400,000 CFM of exhaust & ventilation air, controls, and over 30,000 LF of plumbing and mechanical pipe.
