JK² Constructors, Inc., was incorporated in the state of Florida in 1987, by Company President, Paul R. Holmes.  The Company mailing address is P. O. Box 1270, Zellwood, FL 32798, where Paul first started his company in 1983, and has been in business as a contractor for 18 years, the past 14 under its present name. 

JK² is licensed as a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, #CG-C024901, and in North Carolina, #34240.  The Company has experience in self-performing supervision, site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, structural framing, and roofing.

The Company has never failed to complete any work awarded to it, and has no judgements, claims, arbitration proceedings or suits pending or outstanding against either the organization or its officers.

No officer of the organization has ever been an officer or principal of another organization when it failed to complete a construction contract.
